Hello virtualskipper friends Subscriptions are open to the tournament USC Championship 2011

for information:

1) To be registered need to log in site.
2) click on "Enroll" and complete all the required fields
3) check your inbox and confirm the registration with the "secret number" where you receive.
4) we ask you to read the Sailing Instructions and NOR before participation in the tournament, you will find the documents on the home page.

Because USC philosophy racing with ISAF Rules there is a possibility during the races to request the cancellation of penalties. In this regard we wish to remind you of some changes
introduced this year
1) WHO ABUSE OF PENALTY CANCELLATION REQUEST IS EXPELLED FROM THE TOURNAMENT
2) WHO CALLS FOR CANCELLATION OF PENALTY AND NOT SEND THE DOCUMENTATION REQUEST IS CLASSIFIED DNF

It's required to accept the request for penalties cancellation .
The protest is a right of every skipper who can be exercised at any time that you
believe that someone have broken a ISAF rule
